About

It never feels good to be stuck - stuck in our relationships, in our professional life, and especially our spiritual life.

We get stuck in our walk with Jesus when we repeat the same patterns of sin and dysfunction and don’t even understand why we’re doing it.

I’ve been stuck (and still am sometimes!) - can you relate?

I didn’t grow up in a Christian home and some of the ways I learned to “do life” weren’t healthy or in line with how God designed us to live.

One thing that has made a huge difference in getting me unstuck is journaling.

Journaling my thoughts and emotions helps me look below the surface of my life to the things that are getting me stuck. Many times there are lies about myself, God, or others that are driving the patterns of behavior and sin that I’m struggling with.

Once we uncover what’s under the surface, we can use spiritual disciplines to replace those lies and wrong beliefs with truth from God’s Word, the Bible.

If you’d like to learn more about using journaling to grow in your faith, download my “Spiritual Growth Journaling Guide”.
